First and foremost, the location is ideal relative to all shopping and dining in the “New Town”/ Beyoğlu, as well as catching taxis to other locations. The hotel is modern, fresh/ clean and well maintained; simply pleasant to stay at. Staff are attentive, helpful, friendly. We stayed for 8 nights and felt if not at home, but in a safe, modern and well attended environment!

Location is excellent, room was fine, breakfast was fair. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was very kind and efficient.

The location is just perfect, right next to Taksim square, where are all the stores and restaurants. The stuff was really friendly and helpful, always available to answer all of our inquiries. The view from the terrace where we had breakfast was amazing. We had a deluxe double room with a golden horn view and the view from there was definitely good as well, especially that we had a higher floor. The room size was good as well.

Fantastic location, clean facilities, very polite, helpful and professional staff. Rooms have good standard and if you pay like 85-95 EUR per night you get lots of value for your money. The top floor restaurant had very good food and a very nice view.

We are staying at apartment which is very clear and modern with full facilities. And location is quite good to reach to main street of Taksim. And Thai restaurants in very next to hotel.

Location was very convenient. Easy access to Taxi, main road and Istiklal street. The view from the room was perfect. We had a great view of the Golden Horn. Wifi coverage and speed is good.

We had a few issues but the staff were very friendly and one of the members of the staff named Ramazan really helped us during our stay and made sure all the issues are resolved. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The location was really nice and near to Taksim square. The breakfast was usual and nothing more to explore. Room was nice but the Shower was close to the wall and taking shower wasn't easy.

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and made you feel important. The accommodation was well spacious and comfortable. Definitely would stay again if I take a another visit to Istanbul

Great location, we walk everywhere, the metro and bus stops are super close. A lot of restaurants, shops and monuments are close. The staff was super friendly and helpful all the time. Also I try the spa with a sultan massage, was amaizing after walking a lot in Istanbul.
